Property tax is a wealth tax. That is, the current value of your house, particularly if you worked your lifetime to pay off your house, is UNREALIZED WEALTH. Therefor property tax is, indeed, a wealth tax.
Beating the drum about things in general. Also a nice way to vent about what in the hell is happening to our society.

- Ronald L Clark was born (12/16/1936) and still resides in Indianapolis, Indiana and is the father of four children. Most of his professional years have been involved in design engineering for the United States Navy. He is the holder of a number of patents and was Science and Technology leader at the Naval Air Warfare Center that featured a technical career that highlights System Engineering as the most rewarding of his technical endeavors.
