SEEING THE FIRE

There is an old Saying that goes like this, "People don't move when they see the fire, they move when they feel the heat."

 It would be wise to keep this old chestnut saying in mind when observing what is now occurring world-wide and perhaps in your neighborhood. That is, there seems to be a global coordinated effort to effect a change in people's culture, a change in people's sense of justice, a change in people's idea of national sovereignty, and a change in people's concept of personal worth. All of this manufactured change effort is aimed at creating a fire of change that is causing strife and division to be seen, but perhaps, not yet to the point where People feel the heat of this manufactured change until it is finally made manifest in all the people's lifes.

What then?

Just saying. 

Amendment

AMENDMENT XXVIII

                                                            (Proposed)

Section 1. The seventeenth and twenty-seventh articles of amendment to the Constitution of the United States are hereby repealed in their entirety.

Section 2. Senators appointed by their respective State Legislature to the Congress shall be compensated exclusively by the State Legislature that appointed them for all expenses and wages associated with the execution of their appointed office. Acceptance of any compensation or gift whatsoever by the Senator from any source other than from the appointing State Legislature shall be cause for immediate removal from office.

Section 3. Representatives elected to the Congress shall be compensated exclusively by the Congressional District from which they were elected for all expenses and wages associated with the execution of their elected office.  Acceptance of any compensation or gift whatsoever by the Representative from any source other than the electing Congressional District shall be cause for immediate removal from office.  Elected Representatives may serve a maximum of three terms.

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME

 After patiently explaining Daylight Saving Time to an old Indian Chief, the chief thoughtfully considered what was said. The Chief then scratched his head and said,

"Only the Government could believe you can cut off the top of a blanket, sew that cutoff piece to the bottom of the blanket, and then have a longer blanket."
