If you never understand another thing while living and dying in the land of the free and home of the brave, this is it, TAXES ARE POWER, i.e., more taxes equals more power, less taxes equals less power.Beating the drum about things in general. Also a nice way to vent about what in the hell is happening to our society.

- Ronald L Clark was born (12/16/1936) and still resides in Indianapolis, Indiana and is the father of four children. Most of his professional years have been involved in design engineering for the United States Navy. He is the holder of a number of patents and was Science and Technology leader at the Naval Air Warfare Center that featured a technical career that highlights System Engineering as the most rewarding of his technical endeavors. He has five self-published books (The Grace of Being, Flim Flam, I'm Just Saying, Libertas andThunderbolt, and Rocks In Trees to his credit and is an avid sailor in addition to hitting the links when the sun is shinning brightly.
