DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME

 After patiently explaining Daylight Saving Time to an old Indian Chief, the chief thoughtfully considered what was said. The Chief then scratched his head and said,

"Only the Government could believe you can cut off the top of a blanket, sew that cutoff piece to the bottom of the blanket, and then have a longer blanket."
